  Actions

  So Usually You'd Go To The Multiplayer Online Menu, Right Click People There, And Add Them As A Friend.
  This Doesn't Work At Present, Because No One's Playing It Anymore.
  
  So Click Multiplayer, Click Online > Then Bottom-Left, There's An Add Friend Button.
  - Type Anything You Want To In This Field And Hit Enter.
  - I Went Through All The Colors, Then Some Tv Shows, Then Names Like Bob, Steve, Etc.
  
  After You Type In Nonsense "Usernames", A Total Of 10 Times, The Achievement Is Yours!

  Actions

  This achievement is so easy, doesn't need any interaction between players (cause your friends request don't have to be accepted) and it will take you about 30 or 60 seconds.
  
  You only have to log in with your account and click on any active game to see the in game players, then press right-click on any player portrait, finally click the add friend option... and you'll have your first Tochlight II friend and the achievement:

  Repeat this an other nine times and you'll get this achievement.
