    Actions
    During the level Snow Globe: Beneath the Ice after you've been told to repair the candy factory. Swim out and then up to the surface. You'll see a fishing boat in the water next to som seals. Use the hooks on the ship to catch a fish and then turn to the seal and release it.

    If you've beaten the game and already found the Ice Race minigame you can choose that minigame through the menu and you're teleported to the area.
