There are two achievements in the game related to playing with a friend, or yourself if need be; the game is local co-op only, after all. There's also one other achievement that you may or may not have gotten from playing the base game so far.
As you complete more levels of the main story, you'll unlock several different kitchens that you can use to cook against a friend in Versus Mode, found on the main menu. If you really want to get this achievement as soon as possible, you can unlock the first Versus Mode kitchen by beating Level 1-3.
There's another achievement for playing with someone by splitting the buttons on your keyboard or a controller instead of having them use their own. Since you only need one keyboard (which you definitely have) or one controller, you can definitely get this on your own by playing Level 1-1 for the easiest possible way of getting the achievement.
Finally, unrelated to multiplayer, there's an achievement for having your kitchen get set on fire due to negligence and then putting it out with the fire extinguisher. This can easily be done in Level 1-1 at the same time you do the above achievement if you so wish.
