1. Tree Simulator 2022 Walkthrough overview

Welcome to Tree Simulator 2022, or TS22. It's exactly as it sounds. You get a view of a tree (Or you are the tree, depending on how you look at it). The game is extremely simple.

You have the option to customize the environment in which your tree lives in. (Snow, Rain, Wind, Turbulence, Background Music, and much more) You will probably want to change some of these every now and then to change up the environment, because, for one of the achievements, you have to run the game for.... 10,000 hours.

With that being said, I'm fairly certain this is the longest idle achievement in any Steam game at this time. This process will take ~420 real life days to finish, and this is only if you're running the game 24/7.

While you're waiting 10,000 hours, you're going to want to look out on the Steam forums for this game. There is an achievement for being in a multiplayer lobby of 100 people. There's no in-game lobby browser, so everyone has to join an individual person simultaneously. Therefore, there has to be a massive public event in order for you to get this achievement. This will probably happen a couple times a year, but as the game gets older, it's possible that less people will be playing, and this achievement will be basically impossible. I will explain more about it later.

There are three tasks we will be accomplishing to complete the game.

1. We will interact with a couple settings in the game and obtain two achievements within seconds. This is the only input required for the single player portion of the game. This will take about a minute.
2. This task is done while working on the next task. We will wait for a huge public event to occur and then join it, to get into a game with 100 trees. This will gather another 6 achievements. This will take a short amount of time.
3. We will idle for 10,000 hours. This is a very long time, but it does not require you to exert any brain power. Doing this, you will obtain your last 11 achievements and complete the game.
