This achievement is earned from not using Quick Start and driving out of the Depot yourself. After setting up your bus and opening the Deport door; a NPC on the right hand side of the Depot will be waving at you. If he isn't there, just keep trying until he appears. He will offer either a Parkour or Race task. Simply complete either task and you will be rewarded with the achievement.
