The easiest way to get this achievement is right after the first time you see the killer. The killer will be making their way up the steps toward you, run to your left and through the window. Follow the next weird sequence, and you will be outside. Look around for the words that say "Run Away!" and keep clicking them until you leave. Do NOT re-enter the house.
