You unlock the Research room on the Mitton University level. This room can be used to run research projects, and requires staff with the research skill.
Setup: This achievement can take a while to get if you only do the research projects required to progress. In order to get this as fast as possible, have two Research rooms at Mitton University. In each room place the required objects but also plenty of servers. The more servers you place the quicker research projects will complete. Also adjust both rooms to have as many researchers as possible (do this by clicking on the room and adjusting "Extra Staff" on the first tab), this will mean any free staff with the research skill should join in and generate research faster. I made my rooms high priority so doctors with the research skill prioritised research over other tasks.
Process: Have one room running the "Generate Kudosh" project, and the other the "General Research" project. These projects take the least amount of time to finish. When research finishes, just start the projects again, (and again, and again,) as these projects are always available.
Note: It's not essential to have loads of staff doing research or to have loads of servers (they're not cheap), but it'll speed up the process, so add more staff/servers as you progress if you want to.
