Load into Sandbox mode (New Game > Sandbox > Classic). Once you've loaded into your kitchen, turn around and to the right of the exit door you'll see your light switches (assuming you've loaded the Classic kitchen). Simply flip all of the switches (there should be 6 in total), the achievement will unlock.
