As the trophy title implies, this achievement is available during the "Jacques" level in the DreamWeavers world.
Near the middle of the map there's a section where you'll jump on a whirlwind that will take you up to where there is a series of 4 Nightmare Beasts, perched atop tall poles. You'll have to fly through the air and flame attack each of them to unlock the trophy.
