Lorsque vous passerez sur le meuble face aux deux policiers et à Joseph, marchez sur la tranche de pain avec du beurre pour vous faire manger. Après quelques secondes le policier vous recrachera et vous débloquerez le Succès/Trophée "Elevator Bug".
It is during your time in Joseph's Room at the beginning of the game, that you can get the "Elevator Bug" Achievement/Trophy from Metamorphosis. As you pass by the cabinet in front of the two policemen and Joseph, step on the slice of bread with butter to make yourself eat. After a few seconds the policeman will spit you out and you will unlock the "Elevator Bug" Achievement/Trophy.
