Near the start of the game, you'll find a group of landowners resting under a tree (just past the Kickstarter backers, outside the village entrance). Talk to them and ask if you can rest with them. After that, just wait for about a minute or so. You'll complete the "sloth" objective on your checklist and unlock this achievement.
