While in the morgue, there is a model of a torso next to the safe in the corner. Pick up the various body parts and put them on the model. All of the parts are immediately next to it, except for a lung which is in the other end of the room, next to the tape recorder. Once all of the pieces are in place, the achievement unlocks.
