After exiting the bedroom at the start of the game you will head into the basement and speak with mom. After speaking with mom head up the stairs to exit the basement and you will find the kitchen and a staircase in the main living room. At the opposite side of the staircase next to the window is a small waste bin on the floor, simply click the items inside the bin to trigger a cutscene and this achievement will pop.
