    This achievement requires that you own the DLC "Gage Weapon Pack #01" with it you'll have access to the Eagle Heavy Rifle, simply use it across your heists and after 1000 cumulative kills the achievement will unlock.

    You can also check the FBI files to see how many kills you've made with this weapon or any other.
