    Actions
    Reach 3000 renown (+5% per leader) by performing the following actions:
    +800 per pagan religion spread
    +800 per cult shrine added (profane DLC)
    +400 per clergy added (profane DLC)

    Early game - settle 3 cities and build the shrines. (The Settler -> The Favored)
    Late game - get polytheism and build shrines.
