You'll find a decent number of energy bars scattered around the game; they're useful for quick recharges when you're taking down enemies. You can also buy them directly from the inventory. As with other similar achievement, this is cumulative, so you can save, eat one, reload, and repeat until the achievement unlocks. (Although it only works if you actually don't have a full battery).
