The room "Mirror Mirror on the Wall" is the only place to earn this achievement.
Get in the narrow space between the double mirrors.
Push 'teleport shot fire' repeatedly and quickly until it unlocks.
Recommend turning your listening volume down if you have sensitive hearing as the bouncing shots are fairly tinny on the high end in their register.
Some people have trouble earning it which may be due to lower functioning framerate of the game from known issues caused by Adobe AIR dependencies or inadequate hardware requirements.
