If you're unfamiliar with the game or command-line interfaces, it's best to do this on a second account after learning everything.
The tutorial starts graphically, scanning a network and disconnecting from a system. As soon as you have access to the terminal, type ps. This brings up a list of processes currently running and a PID attached to it. The only process running is the tutorial; type kill [PID] to earn the achievement.
