This achievement maybe was modified and is currently 'Get first upgrade with accuracy over 50%, 100 times.'
You can get it by saving ammunition until the first boost of the ship, until you have a 50% success rate. It has to be repeated 100 times, and is no valid if you exit the game before dying.
