When you have qualified for Horizon Roster, just play some of the game and you should get your first barn find location, they are marked as purple circles on the map, and in a purple circle you need to find somewhere there an old barn and there should be a car that needs to be "fixed" and you need just to wait and you should get a voice message when it's ready to collect from your garage.
