There is now only 1 "Darchelle" Vineyard within California. The other 2 (San Rafel and Eureka) have been removed. In order to get this achievement now, you will need to deliver any cargo from the following three locations:

City: Carlsbad ~~~ Company: Darchelle Uzau
City: Sacramento ~~~ Company: Mon Coeur Vineyards
City: Ukiah ~~~ Company: Mon Coeur Vineyards
StaviiiThere is also Mon Coeur Vineyards in Fresno. This achievement must have been updated again as I had to deliver from all four of these locations to get it to pop
