You need to find the Celestial Claw. This staff fires planets at your enemies. Planets are randomly generated, with one possible planet being the earth. Just keep using the Claw until you see it. A message prompt will appear when you finally fire the earth at something to let you know it's been destroyed, alongside this achievement.
