Open Your Building Tab In Your Journal And Look For "Custom Wall".
Click To Place A Section, Then Drag It Across The Continent,
I Think Its Roughly 100 Logs Worth Of Regular Wall Segments In Length.
You Do Not Have To Build This Wall, Just Placing The Blueprint For A "Super Long" Wall Is Enough To Pop The Achievement.
