Simply play a game as the Magus and eventually gain 3 followers. Then fight a Psychic Combat(battles using Craft instead of Strength, like against spirits and such). When you enter the Psychic Combat you can click a button to choose any number of followers to help you. Choose at least three of your followers and complete the fight. The achievement will unlock.
