This about the puzzle E2 - 8 "Seesaw"
To solve this AND get the achievement do the following.
-Connect the Connector with red only, opening the gate
-Put the Driller on the other side of the gate and drill / tunnel through the wall near the Red laser by peeking through the barred window
-DO NOT TOUCH THE 2nd CONNECTOR
-Regrab the first Connector and now connect all lasers and all receivers and put it in the middle of the room. Make sure the red laser touches through the tunnel.
-Go back to the other side of the gate, and now drill / tunnel the other wall to connect only the blue laser.
-Once you activate the pedestal, the achievement will unlock
