Level: EasyCreate a faith with the Megalithic Constructions tenet. Great Megalith does not have any upgrades and will trigger the achievement when first build. You can also get this combined with one of the large late game achievements down below. India/Persia is recommended by me (Bayek) due to good starting cultures and high development.
