Each seduced character will grant a secret. Create a single ruler with the Seducer trait. You can complete the skill tree with the same name to get a higher chance of getting it done. Now you start a scheme on another character with the applicable sexuality. This will take more than 10 tries, because sometimes the scheme is exposed.
