In Zone 1 of Crazy Carnevil, the only enemies are Clown Gremlins, and they are inside of clown cars. If you get near a car, 3-5 Clown Gremlins will get out of it and start chasing you.
To get this achievement, you need to get close to one of these cars, and let all of the Clown Gremlins get out of it.
