Any of the humans in the game are catchable. You can attach the "Mercy Ring" for extra precaution to make sure you get their health down to 1 HP. Depending on your catch rate % it will help with catching them. Higher level spheres will also increase the catch rate %. Throw multiple spheres if necessary until they care caught.
