To earn this achievement, you need to flush at least one toilet in every mission, including your home base. Follow these steps:

  1. Home Base: Start at your apartment and flush the toilet in your bathroom.
  2. Missions: In each mission, locate and flush a toilet. It also counts if you abort the mission after flushing the toilet. You don’t need to complete the entire mission; simply flushing the toilet and then exiting the mission is enough.
Repeat this process for all missions. Once you've flushed a toilet in every mission and your home base, the "Down by the River" achievement will unlock.
