Stars are earned for completing events in the World Tour. Completing events at different difficulties will reward you with varying amounts of stars.
From the start of the game you can select Easy (1 star), Medium (2 stars), and Hard (3 stars). Accumulate a minimum of 10 stars across all events to unlock this achievement.
