Though this achievement requires 80 moonstones to complete, it's possible to do so without actually losing the moonstones.

If needed, round up 80 moonstones. If you're higher level, a good source is via farming Iwajira in Serenity's Waste on normal mode. Each run takes a couple minutes and nets 20-30 stones.

Head to the bar in Concordia and use all eight samplers. The achievement will pop, and when it does, immediately ALT+F4 out of the game. When you reload back in you'll have your 80 moonstones back, and the achievement will still be unlocked.
