Many of these free-run combo achievements can be done at multiple locations. I found the easiest to be during the mission Encroachment, where you have to shove crates into the abyss for Rebecca.
After the mission starts, follow the red until you break through a square grate. Progress a little forward until you're climbing up to a swing bar. This bar is the key feature of this combo.
Springboard from the railing to the bar, jump to the wall opposite and run up it slightly, quickturn (you may need to purchase this ability), jump again and then coil (again, this may need to be purchased if not already). I found the trick was to coil almost at the same time as jumping off the wall.
