Here is what I did:
1. Change the Settings
To make this easy, go to Gameplay Settings and set the Submission Mini-Game to Rapid. Then, adjust the Submission Mini-Game sliders:
Player Button Press Strength: 100
Player Wrong Press Penalty: 0
AI Button Press Strength: 0
AI Wrong Press Penalty: 100
2. Match Setup
Character: Chelsea Green.
Opponent: Michin.
Difficulty: Legend.
Match Type: Dumpster
I set the Finishers (Match Start) to 3.
3. During the Match
Damage the Opponent: Start the match by hitting your finishers and signatures on Michin to wear her down.
Open the Dumpster: Move to the dumpster and interact with it to open the lid.
The Win: Throw Michin into the dumpster. Because of your slider settings, you will win the mini-game to shut the lid almost instantly.
Once the match is won, the achievement will pop.
