This achievement requires you to solve 300 hidden object puzzles in night mode (the mode where your vision is reduced to a circle). There is no way to control whether or not you're in night mode, you just have to keep playing over and over again and hope for it. You should make a lot of progress in this achievement if going after all of the others as well.
