Literally, you just have to beat the boss in Level 50. It's easier to power up your adventures until the monsters on level 49 are dying in seconds, move on and apply any upgrades you have on the side bar. You should kill the boss easily, and move onto level 51. The achievement clicks the moment the level 50 boss is down.

the last hero you can afford should be level 1, the hero above them level 10 with the upgrade, the hero above them level 25 with the upgrades, the hero above them 50 with upgrades, then 75, 100, and any heroes that have upgrades at 125 or 150 you should follow the pattern.
